Your Right to Data Deletion
Under GDPR, CCPA, and Google Play / App Store policies, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data.
Aqua Stacks Data Storage Information
Local Data (On Your Device)
The following data is stored ONLY on your device:
- Game progress (completed levels)
- Game settings (sound, language preferences)
- Earned items and currency
- Statistics
To delete this data: Simply uninstall the app from your device.
Cloud/Server Data
Aqua Stacks currently DOES NOT USE a user account system. Therefore:
- NO personal data is stored on our servers
- NO email or username is collected
- NO cloud backup exists
Third-Party Data
For advertising data collected by Google AdMob, follow the steps below.
Data Deletion Methods
Method 1: Uninstall the App (Recommended)
To delete all your local data:
iOS:
- Long press on the Aqua Stacks icon
- Tap "Remove App"
- Confirm with "Delete App"
Android:
- Settings > Apps > Aqua Stacks
- "Clear Storage" and "Clear Cache"
- "Uninstall"
Method 2: Reset Advertising Data
To reset advertising data collected by Google:
iOS:
- Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising
- Turn off "Personalized Ads"
- Settings > Privacy > Tracking > Turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
Android:
- Settings > Google > Ads
- Tap "Reset advertising ID"
- Turn on "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
Through Google Account:
- Go to https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-personalization
- Navigate to "Ad personalization"
- Manage your ad preferences
Method 3: Request via Email
For additional data deletion requests:
Email: support@kodrivo.com
Subject: "Data Deletion Request"
Include the following information:
- Device you use (iPhone/Android, model)
- Operating system version
- App version
- Details of your deletion request
Deleted Data
The following data is PERMANENTLY DELETED when the app is uninstalled:
- All game progress
- All earned items and currency
- All settings and preferences
- Local statistics
WARNING: This action is IRREVERSIBLE. Deleted data CANNOT be recovered.
Retained Data
Data that may be RETAINED even after app uninstallation:

Purchase History
Purchases made through App Store or Google Play are stored by APPLE/GOOGLE, and Kodrivo CANNOT ACCESS this data.
To delete your purchase history:

Special Cases
Legal Retention Obligations
Some anonymous/aggregate data may be retained due to legal obligations:
- Financial records (due to tax regulations)
- Evidence data in case of legal disputes
Children's Data
Since data from users under 13 is NOT COLLECTED, there is NO data to delete.
Your Rights
Under GDPR and CCPA, you have the following rights:
- Know if your data is being processed
- Know the purpose of processing
- Know third parties your data is shared with
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion/destruction
- Request restriction of processing
- Right to object
- Right to compensation for damages
