Game Mechanics

Q: How do I play Aqua Stacks?

A: Your goal is to sort colored liquids by pouring them between tubes until each tube contains only one color:

  1. Tap a source tube to select it
  2. Tap a target tube to pour
  3. You can only pour onto the same color or into an empty tube
  4. Level is complete when all tubes have a single color

Q: I'm stuck on a level, what should I do?

A: You have several options:

  • Undo: Undo the last move (1 free per level)
  • Restart: Start the level from scratch
  • Power Cards: Use Extra Tube, Joker Pour, or Hint cards
  • Watch Video: Earn extra undo by watching an ad

Q: How do power cards work?

A: There are 5 different power cards:

  • Extra Tube: Adds a temporary empty tube
  • Lock Breaker: Unlocks a locked tube
  • Ice Melt: Melts ice on a frozen tube
  • Joker Pour: Pour any color onto any other color
  • Hint: Shows the best move

Q: How do I earn coins?

A: Ways to earn coins:

  • Complete levels (3+ coins)
  • No power card bonus (+1)
  • Under par bonus (+2)
  • Complete daily tasks (50 coins)
  • Streak bonuses (daily login)
  • Watch rewarded ads (50 coins, max 3 per day)

Technical Issues

Q: The game crashes or freezes

A: Try these steps:

  1. Close the app completely and reopen
  2. Restart your device
  3. Check for app updates
  4. Check device storage (at least 500MB free)
  5. Close other background apps
  6. If the problem persists, write to support@kodrivo.com

Q: I lost my progress

A: Game progress is stored locally on your device:

  • Uninstalling the app DELETES progress
  • Changing devices DOES NOT transfer progress
  • Cloud save feature will be added in future updates

Q: Sounds aren't working

A: Check:

  • Is device volume on?
  • Are in-app sound settings on?
  • Is silent mode off?
  • Is there a Bluetooth connection?

Q: Ads aren't loading

A: Check your internet connection. Active internet is required for ads.

Q: Game runs slowly

A: To improve performance:

  • Close background apps
  • Restart your device
  • Free up storage space
  • Turn off battery saver mode

Purchases and Payments

Q: My purchase didn't complete

A: Follow these steps:

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Sign in to your App Store/Google Play account
  3. Verify your payment method
  4. Restart the app
  5. Try "Restore Purchases" option

Q: I made an accidental purchase

A: For refunds:

  • App Store: Settings > [Your Name] > Media & Purchases > Purchase History > Report a Problem
  • Google Play: play.google.com/store/account > Order history > Request refund
  • Refunds must be requested within 48 hours

Q: Items I purchased aren't showing

A: Press the "Restore Purchases" button. If the issue continues, contact us with your receipt number.
